Marie be elected to the board to fill the vacant seats. This was voted unanimously and they were seated before business was started.

Old Business
Robert Barnes showed a proposed drawing for the wall to block the view of the parking lot and explained the features. The board worked through the order of work, materials used, style of the gates and placement of foundation and drains on a sloping site. An idea for a workshop to lay the adobe bricks was discussed, to involve the public and raise some funds to offset the cost. A concrete contractor is needed for the foundation, much else can be done by TRC members and the public.
Tipsy Tea – Susan reported it was on schedule and time to sell tickets. Also set-up help was needed May 2nd at 2 pm to prepare the site and arrange the tables.
Preservation Partnership document was reviewed, members should study it and be ready to offer suggestions at the next meeting. This needs careful consideration as it is the work plan for TRC as we move forward. The new phase will focus on the smaller historic structures and try to stimulate interest in owner restoration via some financial assistance.
New Business
None offered.
The next regular meeting will be April 27th, 2026 at 5:30 pm.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Bourke Runton, Secretary
